Dear Hammerheads,

We have important news to share:

1. The coaches will offer a Start and Turn Clinic this coming Saturday, June 12:

8:30am - 9:30am - 10 and younger

9:30am - 10:30am - 11 and older

Cost: $5 (please know that this will benefit your coaches directly, thanks.)

During this clinic our coaches will teach your swimmers how to dive off the block or from the side for younger swimmers that aren't comfortable yet. Older swimmers will also practice turns. 

2. We will host our own Intrasquad Practice Meet for all age groups of Hollymead Swim Team on June 16 (former Farmington Meet for ages 11 and up). This means that we all get to swim 4 meets instead of three! Only our team takes part in this meet at our own pool. This will be a wonderful opportunity to practice how a meet works and to get everybody acquainted and comfortable. Arrival time will be 5pm with two 15 minute warm up sessions run by the coaches. 3. The Meet vs. Farmington on June 23 will be a meet for our entire team. Not just the 10 and younger swimmers. More details to come.

Please know that no other meets on our meet schedule will change. We are working on a refrigerator sheet to send home within the next few days so that you can add all dates to your calendars.
