    Spirit Week: Tuesday Parfaits & Posters
    During your normal practice time
    Start: 7:00 AM
    End: 11:15 AM

    Plan to come early and stay late for your normal morning practice! Before practice, swimmers will be making spirit posters for our Champs tent, and spirit pins to give out to other team swimmers during Champs. After your practice, grab a bowl and make yourself a healthy yogurt parfait to fuel up for Champs week!

    Spirit Week: Wednesday Talent Show & Noodle Movie
    Start: 6:45 PM
    End: 9:45 PM (estimated)

    It's the return of a Hammerhead Favorite: the Talent Show! Bring out your best jokes, skits, songs, and magic tricks. Watch this space for a sign up form; all entries MUST be pre-entered and please: only one act per child. Pizza will be available for pre-ordered and pre-pay only, or families may bring dinner (no glass containers).

    After the talent show the screen will go up and the pool will open for a floating movie. The movie will be selected by a team vote in the days before the event. For the safety and visibility of all, we're allowing NO BLOWUPS, ONLY NOODLES. All in the pool are expected to watch the movie and not engage in distractions or horseplay. Anyone engaging in unsafe or distracting behavior will be asked to leave the water. All swimmers must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    Spirit Week: Thursday Pep Rally
    Start: 8:15 AM
    End: 11:15 AM

    Gather as a whole team before Champs and have the Best Day Ever! There will be a penny dive, floatie relays, games in the deep end, minute-to-win-it games, and a crazy coach relay. The morning will be capped off by a speech and team cheers led by Coach Helen, before we go home to rest up for Champs.

    Join us to celebrate the season! We'll have dinner, awards and recognitions, and evening open swim time.
