Hello Hammerheads!

Believe it or not, our first meet is right around the corner! You will be receiving more frequent emails leading up to our first meet, so please be patient with me and read through them carefully. We want everyone to be as prepared as possible. 

Please log in to declare your swimmer(s) and sign up to volunteer for our first meet of the season against Forest Lakes on June 11

• go to hollymeadhammerheads.swimtopia.com 
• click on Events and Swim Meets 
• select Meet Entry 
• indicate if your swimmer will be attending the meet 
• go back to Events and Swim Meets and select your volunteer position for the meet as well 

This process must be completed by the Friday before each meet at 12pm. If you do not declare your child, we will assume they are not attending. 

If you have questions about volunteering, reach out to your team mentor or me. We do ask that each swimmer have a parent volunteer for at least one position each meet. There are still several volunteer spots that need to be filled. 

While we know emergencies happen, please make every effort to attend meets for which you have declared you will be there. If an emergency does arise, please email Coach Helen ([email protected]) and Skye Durrer ([email protected]) to let us know as soon as possible.

Morning Practices 

Our practice schedule will change Monday, June 9. Morning practices will begin! Please review the website for all practice times.
