Dear Hollymead Swim Team Families,

We wanted to reach out with an important update regarding this week’s meet against Boar’s Head. Unfortunately, the weather forecast is not looking favorable, and there is a real possibility that we may not be able to start—or finish—the meet as scheduled.

In light of this uncertainty and the need for many swimmers to get official times, we are proactively planning to potentially continue the meet on Thursday, July 10, if necessary. We will email any and all updates as we have them to keep you informed about any changes and plans.

Action Needed:
Please log in as soon as possible to:

• Declare your swimmers for the potential meet continuation on Thursday, July 10
• Sign up for volunteer positions for that day

We recognize that this adds complexity to your week, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our goal is to reduce last-minute confusion and ensure every swimmer has the opportunity to participate and get times recorded.
