Dear Hollymead Hammerheads Families,

We are writing to share an important update regarding our upcoming Meet the Coaches event.

Due to circumstances outside of our control, we will not be able to access the pool deck this weekend as originally planned. As a result, we are rescheduling this event to ensure everyone can gather safely and get ready for a great season.

New Event Details:

• Date: Wednesday, May 22
• Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Location: Hollymead Pool *Note: If the pool is still not available at that time, we will move the event outside at Lakeside Middle School. We will advise you closer to the date if that change needs to happen.

What to expect at the event:

• Meet your Coaches and Team Members: Get to know the coaching staff and catch up with your fellow Hammerhead families.
• Team Suit Fitting: If you are unsure of what size to order, this is the perfect time to try on this season's team suit to ensure a perfect fit.
• Q&A with the Board: Have all your registration, volunteer, or season-related questions answered by the Hollymead board members.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your flexibility. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on the 22nd to kick off a fantastic summer!
