Dear Hammerhead Families,

Summer swim season is officially just around the corner! We are so excited to welcome back our returning families and give a warm Hammerhead welcome to all of our new swimmers.

To kick things off, we are hosting our Meet the Coaches event this week. It’s the perfect opportunity to get pumped for the season, handle some team logistics, and catch up with friends.

Here are all the details you need to know:

Event Details

• Date: Friday, May 22
• Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM (This is a casual drop-in event. Come and go whenever works best for your schedule!)
• Location: Hollymead Pool

⚠️ Weather Note: In the event of thunder and lightning, we will unfortunately have to cancel.

What to Expect

• Meet the Coaches & Team Members: Come say hi to our incredible coaching staff and mingle with fellow Hammerhead families.
• Team Suit Fitting: Unsure what size to order? We will have sample suits available for your swimmer to try on to ensure a perfect fit.

⚠️ Please note: These are sample suits for sizing only. Parents will need to purchase their own suits directly from SwimOutlet. (If you can't make it Friday, we will also have sizing suits available during the first week of evening practices!)

• Gear Pickup: Clean out a spot in your swim bag. Team caps and shirts will be ready for pickup at the event!

Q&A with the Board: Have questions about registration, volunteer shifts, or how the season works? Board members will be on hand and happy to help.

We can't wait to see everyone on deck and kick off an amazing summer of fast swimming and fun memories.
