Hello Hammerheads! 

A quick correction to the email sent earlier regarding this Saturday's Stroke Clinic. The clinic times were listed incorrectly. 

The correct times are: 

• 8:30-9:30 AM: 11 & Over Swimmers 
• 9:30-10:30 AM: 10 & Under Swimmers 

A few additional reminders: 

• RSVP is required by Friday at 12:00 PM (sign up through SwimTopia just as you would for a meet) 
• This week's featured stroke is Freestyle 
• Please bring $5 cash per swimmer, which will be collected at check-in 

We apologize for the confusion and appreciate your understanding. See you at the pool!
