Good afternoon Hammerheads,

We are kicking off Spirit Week tonight with our annual Kickball game. Arrive ready to play at 615pm. We will be starting at 630pm.

We also have to food sign ups to share: 

Talent show: order pizza now, pay cash Wednesday. No extras will be ordered. 

Banquet dinner: order burgers, hot dogs, and pizza now, pay cash Sunday. No extras will be available.  

Spirit Week Details

Monday July 20

• Regular morning practice
• Consolidated evening practice (Coach Helen will send emails to those who are attending)
• 6:30 PM Kickball at Hollymead Elementary School
• Hot dogs, watermelon, lemonade/Gatorade, and freeze pops
• Don't miss the chance to "ice" the coaches!

Tuesday July 21

• Morning practice includes yogurt parfaits, cheer poster making, and pin making - Come early and stay late 
• Regular evening practice

Wednesday July 22

• Regular morning
• There will be evening practices instead of Thursday. Coach Helen will send emails to communicate details. 
• 7:00 PM Talent Show (participants MUST pre-register in SwimTopia)
• 8:30 PM Noodle-Floating Movie Night

Thursday July 23 

• Morning Pep Rally rotations during practice with donuts and fruit
• No evening practice
