Good morning Hammerheads, 

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Posters & Parfaits this morning! It was so much fun seeing everyone getting into the Spirit Week excitement. The posters looked awesome!

Tomorrow is one of my favorite Hammerhead traditions...

🎤 Talent Show & 🎬 Movie Night!

• The Talent Show begins PROMPTLY at 7:00 PM, so don't be late! Pizza will arrive around 6:30 PM so everyone can fuel up before the show.
• We NEED more performers! I know we have some incredibly talented swimmers...but surely swimming isn't your only talent! Can you sing? Dance? Play an instrument? Tell jokes? Do a magic trick? Juggle? Recite the alphabet backwards while balancing a kickboard on your head? (Okay...maybe not that last one.) Whatever your talent is, we want to see it! This is one of the most fun nights of the season because everyone cheers each other on, no matter what they're doing.
• If you're planning to perform, you MUST sign up in SwimTopia before tomorrow! Don't make me start bribing people with pool noodles...

🍕 Pizza, Anyone?

• If you'd like dinner before the Talent Show, please order your pizza NOW.
• No extras will be ordered, which means if you forget to order, you may find yourself making very sad eyes at someone else's pepperoni slice.

🦈 Spirit Week Schedule

Wednesday, July 22

• Regular morning practice
• Evening practices (instead of Thursday evening). Coach Helen will send details.
• 7:00 PM: Talent Show
• 8:30 PM: Noodle-Floating Movie Night (because watching a movie is always better while floating in the pool!)

Thursday, July 23

• 830am - 1130am: Morning Pep Rally rotations during practice. All swimmera come for the entire session. 
• Donuts 🍩 + fruit 🍓
• No evening practice

❤️ We Could Still Use Your Help

• There are still volunteer opportunities and donation requests posted under the Jobs section in SwimTopia for Thursday. 

We're down to our final week together, and I hope everyone jumps in and enjoys every minute of it. These are the moments our swimmers remember years from now, so let's make them count!

See you tomorrow for an evening full of laughter, cheering, pizza, floating, and maybe even a few surprise talents. (Teen boys,...we're all waiting for your act! 😉)
